Microsecond isomers in fission fragments in the vicinity of the doubly magic $^{132}$Sn

Abstract : This text presents Open Access movement. After having replaced this movement in scientific communication context, the author consider his definition and the associated goals, in particular his implementation and the nature of the documents be able to share. The development of Open Access mouvement is observed through its use in France and the Open Archive example.
