Abstract : For decades the reaction $^7$Be(p,$\gamma)^8$B has been one of the major sources of uncertainties in estimating the $^8$B solar neutrino flux and has played a critical role in revealing the so-called “Solar Neutrino Problem”. A summary of the current status of this reaction is given.
