Higher-order gravity black holes and the mutliverse

Abstract : On the one hand, string-inspired gravitational theories have shown that higher order corrections should generically be added to the usual general relativistic lagrangian density. On the other hand, black holes are known to be good candidates as universes progenitors in multiverse scenarios involving inherited characteristics. I investigate how those higher-order corrections can change the picture and modify the interior of a Schwarzschild black hole. It is shown that no regularization of the Riemann invariant is to be expected, therefore disfavoring the existence of a de-Sitter interior.
