Collective Hamiltonians with Tetrahedral Symmetry: Formalism and General Features

Abstract : Collective octupole variables invariant under tetrahedral point group transformations are used to construct tetrahedrally invariant collective Hamiltonians. The so-called intrinsic groups are considered as a tool for symmetry analysis of such Hamiltonians in intrinsic frames of a nuclei
