Abstract : After the discovery of a Higgs boson at the LHC, the possibility that the new scalar is a composite state of a new dynamics is still open. It may be either a pseudo-Nambu Goldstone boson of a spontaneously broken global symmetry, or a light resonance. Knowing the details of the underlying theory can give precious information on the phenomenology of the model, especially via the link to Lattice results. We review some recent developments in the quest for a microscopic realization of viable composite Higgs models.
