Error-rate prediction for applications implemented in Multi-core and Many-core processors

Abstract : This work proposes a methodology for predicting the error rate of applications implemented in COTS multi/many-core processors. For validating the approach, predicted error-rates of three devices are compared to results issued from 14MeV neutron tests
