| Practical applications at GANIL are mainly devoted to the production of microporous membranes (and their derivatives) with BIOPORE and radiation effects of heavy ions in electronic components with MATRA ESPACE. The specific beam parameters, qualities and the associated on-line beam measurements needed for industrial productions are described. Some results obtained on membranes and electronic components test presented, also a review of new developments (adhesion of multi-layers, ion implantation, etc). |
