Hydrogen atom in a uniform electromagnetic field as an anharmonic oscillator

Abstract

the making of an integrated device of competitive intelligence by is often complex for its promoters. Methodologies of project used in these mechanisms, "run up" the internal diagram of culture to the company and sometimes place it, according to Pateyron (1994) in "complex situation of uncertainty". The observation of a local GPS (strategic task force) with SME undertakings of an identified territory, enables us to note a lever effect in the progressive appropriation by its members, of logics of competitive intelligence. They get a benchmarking means and thus act on an evolution of the culture of the organizations. They thus constitute the experimental preliminary field of a future diagram of territorial intelligence.
