Abstract

this study of an editing activity relative to a patent shows the importance of norms, concerning form as well as status. it also show the importance of socioal as well as editorial translation, from a scientific document to a document legitimate in an economic and juridical worl. ilt also show that to this kind of document is attached secondary ones which give it its value.
