Abstract
Owing particularly to the surrounding ideology, the manager who introduces the C.I.N.T. in his firm indulges in an action, the positive efficiency of which, could, paradoxically, be based much more on symbolism than on pure technology. He should nevertheless make sure that a teekless use of these technologies wouldn't jeopardize expected benefits.
