Self-supporting beryllium oxyde targets

Résumé

Key word by this end of the century, the mobility of possessions and persons upset the static vision of territory as well as the urban context. The territorial borders inherited from past shade away. Spaces split up, citizen becomes nomad, virtual the companies and premises dilute in new aera. Throughout the world and French universe, in particular, telecommunications considerably evolved. The management of the local information systems, transmission of knowledge among the local actors are going to know deep reorganizations and should adapt to this new technological environment. If the actors do not define themselves an appropriate answer, their failing will do a harmful break in the user's connections with, their space of life and representatives of the Town. We see appearing a system where the traffic of digital data will structure activities of the society and its acquisition by the citizens a priority objective.
