Abstract : The territory is the field of this article. Because there are thus several kinds of territories and several scales (Western Europe, national, regional...), any society rests on one or more territories. With the setting of the Information technologies and mobilities involved, it results from this a new concept, that of the nonphysical dimension of the virtual territories.
